HTML 5 is going to change things…
HTML5 is the next major revision of HTML.
HTML5 provides a number of new elements and attributes that reflect typical usage on modern Web sites. Some of them are semantic replacements for common uses of generic block and inline elements, for example ‘nav’ (website navigation block) and ‘footer’.
Ten years ago…
Ten years ago I built the website for The Elbow Room, a chain of upscale pool bars in London, Leeds and Bristol. Back then they had 2 bars, and needed a really cool site. After a good deal of preparation, I decided to have a go at building a 3d look pool room in Flash…
